In the past, one was required to visit the workshops of renowned professionals, today, however, there are corporate universities or institutions that provide company training.
These are training centres open to employees and company collaborators and they increasingly cater also to clients, suppliers and managers external to the company that organises the courses. Exceptional schools for high-level fashion and design training are also certainly not lacking in the Italian fashion capital. These teach the whole process of realisation of an outfit, from conception to the sketch and from model to packaged product. The entire offer of courses, however, is much more ample. Academies and schools of music, dance, cinema, theatre, new media, language and fine arts compete amongst themselves to achieve excellence.
They offer various teaching methods, such as the new techniques of leadership “team building”, management of the unforeseen or company changes, as well as systems for the reorganisation of human resources and coping with integration and internationalization of enterprise.
